ބަރުލަމާނީ ނިޒާމެއްގައި އިންދިރާ ގާންދީ 16 އަހަރު ވެރިކަން ކުރައްވާފައިވޭ

ރާއްޖޭގެ އަވައްޓެރި އިންޑިޔާއަކީ ބަރުލަމާނީ ނިޒާމެއް އޮންނަ ގައުމެކެވެ. އެގައުމުގައި އޮންނަ ބަރުލަމާނީ ނިޒާމުގެ ދަށުން ޖަވާހަރުލާލް ނެހެރޫ 17 އަހަރު ބޮޑުވަޒީރުކަން ކުރެއްވިއެވެ. އެއީ 15 އޯގަސްޓް 1947 ވަނަ ދުވަހުން ފެށިގެން 27 މޭ 1964 ވަނަ ދުވަހާއި ހަމައަށެވެ. އެއީ ނެހެރޫ އަވަހާރަވި ދުވަހާއި ހަމައަށެވެ. ނެހެރޫގެ އަންހެން ދަރިކަނބަލުން އިންދިރާ ގާންދީ އިންޑިޔާގެ ބޮޑުވަޒީރުކަން 16 އަހަރު ވަންދެން ކުރައްވާފައިވެއެވެ. އެއީ 24 ޖެނުއަރީ 1966 ވަނަ ދުވަހުން ފެށިގެން 24 މާޗް 1977 ވަނަ ދުވަހަށް އަދި 14 ޖެނުއަރީ 1980 ވަނަ ދުވަހުން ފެށިގެން 31 އޮކްޓޯބަރ 1984 ވަނަ ދުވަހާއި ހަމައަށެވެ. އިންދިރާ ގާންދީ އަވަހާރަކޮށްލީ ބޮޑުވަޒީރަކަށް ހުންނަވަނިކޮށެވެ. ބައްޕައާއި ދަރިފުޅުގެ ބޮޑުވަޒީރުކަމުގެ ޖުމްލަ މުއްދަތަކީ 33 އަހަރެވެ.

އިންދިރާ ގާންދީގެ ފަހުން ބޮޑު ވަޒީރަކަށް ވެވަޑައިގެންނެވީ އޭނާގެ ފިރިހެން ދަރިކަލުން ރަޖީވް ގާންދީއެވެ. އޭނާ 5 އަހަރު ވަންދެން ބޮޑުވަޒީރުކަން ކުރެއްވިއެވެ. އެއީ 31 އޮކްޓޯބަރ 1984 ވަނަ ދުވަހުން ފެށިގެން 1 ޑިސެމްބަރ 1989 ވަނަ ދުވަހަށެވެ.

އިންޑިޔާގެ ބަރުލަމާނީ ނިޒާމުގައި ބޮޑުވަޒީރަކަށް ވުމުގެ ފުރުސަތު ރަޖީވް ގާންދީގެ ހުވަފަތް އަނބިކަބަލުން ސޯނިއާ ގާންދީއަށް ވެސް ލިބިވަޑައިގަތެވެ. ނަމަވެސް އޭނާ އެފުރުސަތު ދޫކޮށްލެއްވީއެވެ. ރަޖީވް ގާންދީގެ ދަރިކަލުން ރާހުލް ގާންދީ އަކީ މުސްތަގުބަލުގެ ބޮޑުވަޒީރަކަށް ވާނެ ކަމަށް ގިނަ ބަޔަކު ދެކެއެވެ.

އިންދިރާ ގާންދީގެ ބޮޑުވަޒީރުކަމުގައި 26 ޖޫން 1975 ވަނަ ދުވަހު އިއުލާން ކުރި ސްޓޭޓް އޮފް އެމަޖެންސީއަކީ ހުދުމުހުތާރު ބާރުތަކާއި އެކީގައި ވެރިކަން ކުރުމަށް އޭނާ ހުޅުވާލި ދޮރެކެވެ. މިދުވަސްވަރު ސަރުކާރާއި ދެކޮޅު ވަރަށް ގިނަ މީހުން ޖަލަށްލިއެވެ. ނޫސްތައް ސެންސަރުކުރުން ހައްދު ފަހަނަޅާ ދިޔައެވެ. އަދި އާބާދީ މަދުކުރުމުގެ ނަމުގައި ގަދަބާރުން މަޖުބޫރުކޮށްގެން ފިރިހެނުންނަށް ދަރިން ނުލިބޭ ގޮތް ވެސް އެދުވަސްވަރު ހެދިއެވެ. އެ ދުވަސްވަރުގެ ހާލަތު ކޮންމެވެސް ވަރަކަށް ސަލްމާން ރުޝްދީގެ މިމަޒުމޫނުގައި ވެސް ކިޔާދީފައިވެއެވެ. އަދި ސަލްމާން ރުޝްދީގެ ވާހަކަ ފޮތް 'މިޑްނައިޓްސް ޗިލްރަން' ގައި އުޅޭ ސަލީމް ސިނާއީއަށް ވެސް އިމަޖެންސީގެ އުދަގޫތައް ފޯރައެވެ. އިމަޖެންސީ ވެރިކަމުގެ ކަންތައް އެންމެ ރަގަޅަށް ބަޔާންކޮށްދޭ އެއް ވާހަކަ ފޮތަކީ ރޮހިންތަން މިސްތްރީގެ 'އަ ފައިން ބެލެންސް' އެވެ.

ދާދިފަހުން އެމްޑީޕީގެ ފަރާތުން ބަރުލަމާނީ ނިޒާމަށް ތާއީދު ހޯދުމަށް ހއ. ދާއިރާއިން އިންތިޒާމުކުރި ބައްދަލުވުމެއްގައި މާލޭގައި ދަރުބާރުގޭގައި އެޕާޓީގެ ޗެއަރޕާސަން މުހައްމަދު ނަޝީދު ދެއްކި ވާހަކައިގައި އިންޑިޔާގެ އެމަޖެންސީ ދުވަސްވަރަށް ފަހުގައި އިންޑިޔާގައި ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމު ގެނައުމަށް ދެކޮޅު ހަދައި ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމަކީ ގައިރުގާނޫނީ ނިޒާމެއް ކަމަށް އިންޑިޔާގެ ކޯޓަކުން ހުކުމެއް ކޮށްފައިވާ ކަމަށް ބުންޏެވެ.

އިންދިރާ ގާންދީގެ އިމަޖެންސީ ވެރިކަން ފެއްޓީ ވެސް އޭނާ އިންތިހާބުގައި ނުފޫޒުގެ ބޭނުންކޮށްފައިވާ ކަމަށާއި އިންތިހާބުގެ ނަތީޖާ ސައްހަ ނޫން ކަމަށާއި އޭނާއަށް މަޖިލީހުން ލިބުނު ގޮނޑި ދޫކޮށްލަން ޖެހޭނެ ކަމަށް އިންޑިޔާގެ ކޯޓަކުން ހުކުމް ކޮށްފައި ވަނިކޮށެވެ.

މީގެ ތިން އަހަރު ކުރިން ރާއްޖޭގައި ވެރިކަމުގެ ތިންބާރު ވަކިކުރުމުގެ ރޫހު ވަރަށް ގަދަޔަށް އޮތް ނަމަވެސް މިހާރު އެއީ އެހާ މުހިންމު ކަމެއް ކަމަކަށް އެމްޑީޕީއަކުން ނުދެކެއެވެ. އަންނި ދެއްކި ވާހަކައިގައި މުހިންމީ ސަރުކާރާއި ދައުލަތް ވަކިކުރުން ކަމަށް ބުންޏެވެ.

"ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމެއްގައި އެބާރުތައް ވަކިވަނިއްޔޭ އަދި ބަރުލަމާނީ ނިޒާމެއްގައި އެބާރުތަކެއް ވައްކެއް ނުވެޔޭ، އަޅުގަނޑަކަށް އެކަމެއް ގަބޫލެއް ނުކުރެވޭ އެއީ އިލްމީ ގޮތުންވެސް ބާތިލް ވާހަކައެއް، އެއީއެއްނޫނޭ ވަކި ކުރަންވީ ބާރަކީ ވަކިކުރަންވީ ބާރަކީ ސަރުކާރާއި ދައުލަތާއޭ، ބަރުލަމާނީ ނިޒާމެއްގައި ވެސް ވަކިވެފައި އޮންނަ ތިންބާރެއް އޮވެޔޭ އެއީ ސަރުކާރުގެ ބާރު ބޮޑު ވަޒީރަށް، ދައުލަތުގެ ބާރު ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާއަށް، ޝަރީއަތުގެ ބާރު އުއްތަމަ ފަނޑިޔާރު" އަންނި ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ.

އަންނިގެ ވާހަކައިގައި "ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމަކީ ހަގީގަތުގައި ވެސް ޑިމޮކްރެސީއާއި ގުޅޭ ނިޒާމެއް ނޫން ކަމަށް" ވެސް ބުންޏެވެ.

އަންނި މިވާހަކަ ދައްކާފައި ވީ ނަމަވެސް ބަރުލަމާނީ ނިޒާމެއް އޮންނަ ގައުމެއް ކަމަށްވާ އަދި އަންނި ކިޔެވި ގައުމު ކަމަށްވާ އިގިރޭސި ވިލާތުގައި އުޅެފައިވާ އަންނިއަށް ވުރެ އިލްމީ ގޮތުން މާމޮޅު ކަމަށް ދުނިޔޭގެ ގިނަ ބަޔަކު ގަބޫލުކުރާނެ މީހުން ވެސް ވަނީ ބަރުލަމާނީ ނިޒާމެއްގައި ވެރިކަމުގެ ބާރުތައް މުޅިން ވަކި ނުވާ ކަމަށާއި، ވެރިކަމުގެ ބާރުތައް ވަކިކުރުމުގެ މުހިންމު ކަމުގެ މައްޗަށް ލިޔެ ވާހަކަދައްކާފައެވެ. ބަރުލަމާނީ ނިޒާމެއްގައި އަގުލަބިއްޔަތު ލިބޭ ޕާޓީ ރައްޔިތުންގެ މަޖިލީހުގެ މައްޗަށް ނުފޫޒު ފޯރުވާ ގޮތާއި މެދު ލޯޑް ހެއިލްޝަމް ބުނެފައިވަނީ "އިލެކްޓިވް ޑިކްޓޭޓަރޝިޕެއް" ކަމަށެވެ. އަދި އިންޑިޔާގައި އޮންނަ ބަރުލަމާނީ ނިޒާމުގެ މައްސަލަތައް ފާހަގަކޮށް ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމެއް ގެނައުމަށް ގޮވާލާ މީހުން ވެސް އެބަތިއްބެވެ.

ބަރުލަމާނީ ނިޒާމަކަށް ކެމްޕޭން ކުރަމުން ގެންދާ އެމްޑީޕީ އިން ދަނީ ރައްޔިތުންނަށް އޮޅުވާލައި ގިނަ ދޮގުތަކެއް ހަދަމުންނެވެ. އަދި މިކަމުގައި އެމްޑީޕީގެ މައުތުޕީސް 'މިނިވަން' ކަމަށް ބުނާ އެކަމަކު މިނިވަން ނޫން ނޫސް ވެސް ދަނީ ފުރިހަމައަށް ބައިވެރިވަމުންނެވެ. މިގޮތުން މިހާރު ރާއްޖޭގައި ހިގަމުންދާ ހުދުމުހުތާރު ވެރިކަމަކީ ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމެއް ކަމަށް ރައްޔިތުންނަށް ވިސްނާދީ ވަރަށް ބޮޑަށް އޮޅުވާލަމުން އެބަ ގެންދެއެވެ. މިއީ މިގަރުނުގައި ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގައި ހިގާ އެންމެ ބޮޑު އޮޅުވާލުމަށް ވެސް ވެދާނެއެވެ.

އިސްލާހު ގެނައުމުގެ ބޭނުމުގައި އެމްޑީޕީއަށް ތާއީދުކުރި ކިތަންމެ ބަޔަކު މިހާރު ވަނީ މާޔޫސްވެފައެވެ. އަދި އެމީހުން ބުނާ ގޮތުގައި އެމްޑީޕީ ބޭނުންނަމަ ބަރުލަމާނީ ނިޒާމަކަށް ތާއީދު ކުރެވިދާނެއެވެ. ނަމަވެސް ރައްޔިތުންނަށް ކޮންމެހެން އޮޅުވާލާކަށް ނުޖެހެއެވެ. މައުމޫނުގެ ވެރިކަން ހިންގާ ގޮތެކޭ އެމްޑީޕީގެ އަމަލުތަކެކޭ މިކަމުގައި ތަފާތެއް ނެތެވެ.

Jamming for the Islands and the Earth

'Jamming for the Islands', a Friends of Live Earth event is to be held at Alimas Carnival area on 7 July 2007. The music show will begin at 4.00 pm and continue till 12.00 am. There will be a break between 6.00 pm and 8.00 am.

Friends of Live Earth events help people in different countries to be part of a global movement to combat the climate crisis by supporting the Live Earth music festival.

Live Earth is a monumental music event that will bring together more than 2 billion people on July 7, 2007 to combat the climate crisis. Live Earth will stage concerts in New York, London, Sydney, Tokyo, Shanghai, Rio de Janeiro, Johannesburg and Hamburg, and will feature more than 150 of the world’s best music acts – a mix of both legendary music acts like The Police, Genesis, Bon Jovi and Madonna with the latest headliners like Kanye West, Kelly Clarkson, Black Eyed Peas and Jack Johnson.

Live Earth’s 24 hours of music across 7 continents will deliver a worldwide call to action and the solutions necessary to answer that call. Live Earth marks the beginning of a multi-year campaign to drive individuals, corporations and governments to take action to solve the climate crisis. Live Earth is partnering with the Alliance for Climate Protection, The Climate Group, Stop Climate Chaos and other international organizations in this ongoing effort. Live Earth was founded by Kevin Wall, CEO of Control Room, the company producing the concerts globally. Former Vice President of the United States Al Gore is the Chair of the Alliance for Climate Protection and a Partner of Live Earth.

According to the website of Jamming for the Islands the bands that will perform in the local event include Amazon Jade, Traphic Jamm, 1984 and Zero Degree Atoll.

None of the political parties in the Maldives seems to be concerned much about the deteriorating environmental conditions in the country. Islands are being reclaimed and harbours are being dredged without proper Environmental Impact Assessments. The greed of the corporate sector takes dominance over environment as resorts expand their land to build more rooms, altering the natural island dynamics. Poor islanders are left with no choice but mine sand from beaches for construction because river sand and aggregate are too expensive for them. The lack of a good transportation network pushes up the price of any material taken to the islands. Our islands are faced with threat of tidal waves and flooding. To what extent do our parliamentarians raise these issues in the parliament? Shouldn't the government reduce import duties from river sand? Shouldn't the government set up warehouse facilities in islands for river sand? Or should the government just turn a blind eye to sand mining from beaches and blame all beach erosion on global warming and sea level rise? Why did the fine imposed for destroying Vilivaru island reduced so drastically? Who does what at the environment ministry?

Why is it more important for MDP to visit islands and tell the people that the presidential system is just another name for dictatorship rather than inquiring about the pressing environmental issues the islanders face? To what extent has the MDP Parliamentary Group worked on proposing new environmental Bills to parliament?

It is not just enough to jam for the islands and think that the music show will solve everything.

Happy Independence Day to all Americans

On July 4, 1776, the United States Declaration of Independence was adopted by the Congress.

"Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent, a new nation, conceived in liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal." President Abraham Lincoln in his Gettysburg Address of 1863.

The main author of the Declaration was Thomas Jefferson, one of the founding fathers of USA.

The preamble of the Declaration reads:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

The American Founding Fathers had a vision and were committed to the progress of the nation. Can the same be said of our politicians from various political parties and of our parliamentarians? Our parliamentarians have dismissed the idea of a bicameral parliament without even a proper debate. Our MPs have to be responsible for upholding the dictatorship we have today. The parliament voted unanimously to nominate Gayoom as presidential candidate for a public referendum barely a week after Eavan Naseem was brutally killed in 2003. The influence of the Executive over our Parliament has paved the way for abuses.

The Maldives needs a system with more checks and balances. We need separation of powers. For that what we need is a Presidential System. Contrary to what MDP’s mouthpiece Minivan Daily has been saying, the Maldives has never had a presidential system. Minivan Daily has increased its propaganda in recent weeks trying to make the unsuspecting people believe that the dictatorship in the Maldives is a presidential system. MDP and Minivan Daily’s propaganda has painted presidential system as a system that breeds dictators and encourage tyranny. For the Maldivian public, presidential system is now becoming synonymous with despotism, thanks to the spin of MDP, a party that claims to be working for democracy in the Maldives.

It is ironic that so-called reformists have cried foul over Gayoom’s ministers sitting in the parliament while they do not object to the idea of ministers being appointed to Cabinet from the parliament in a parliamentary system. It is true that Cabinet members will be elected MPs and not appointed MPs in a parliamentary system. However, we have seen how even elected MPs who are also members of the cabinet act to defend the government.

Our hope is that our young generation sees through the selfish urges of our politicians.

And we would like to wish a very happy Independence Day to the freedom loving people of United States of America, the land of liberty where separation of powers is exercised through a presidential system.

Freedom will come to all schools

There was a protest by outgoing Grade 12 students from Centre for Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) after they finished A Level exams this June. The students wanted drastic changes to be implemented in the high school and demanded the resignation of key administrators. Ajay Makan of Minivan News has done an excellent reporting of the protest.

CHSE has been the centre of attention for some months because of gross mismanagement by the current administration. A student has been suspended since February 19 for allegedly writing an article about a teacher for E-Sandhaanu magazine. Even though this allegation has not been proved, the student still remains under suspension and he was not even able to sit in the first year’s final semester exams.

A female student has accused a mathematics teacher of sexual harassment while she attended a tuition session. A case has been filed at Criminal Court by the student’s family. However, CHSE’s Principal allowed the teacher to sneak away to his home country before the matter was investigated.

The protest shows that CHSE students will no longer tolerate the abuses going on. It shows that students of Maldives will rise up against injustices. The young generation of Maldives is currently more aware of their rights than their predecessors. The young people who will finish studies from schools now will make better choices socially, politically and in other aspects. It is not because the schools provide them with quality education but because they try to fill the void through Internet, books and other sources.

This generation will not be guinea pigs of MDP (the ultra right, conservative, self-proclaimed saviours without any concrete policies but hollow promises) and they will neither become stooges of DRP (the ultra right, conservative, corrupt, brutal barbarians who has destroyed the hopes of so many people during the past three decades). Politicians beware!

"ދިވެހީންނޭވެ! ހޭ އަރައި ތިބޭށެވެ. މިއަނިޔާވެރި، އަދުލު އިންސާފުން އެއްކިބައިވެފައިވާ ވެރިކަން ނިމުމަކަށް ގެނެވޭނީ ގޮޅާބޯގެ ބާރުތައް މުގުރާލާ، ވެރިކަމުން އޭނާ ބޭރުކުރެވިގެންނެވެ. މިކަމަށް މިވަގުތު އަޅަން އޮތް އެންމެ މުހިއްމު ފިޔަވަޅަކީ ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމު ރާއްޖޭގެ މަސްރަހުން ނައްތާލުމެވެ. ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމަށް ތާއީދުކޮށް، ގޮޅާބޯގެ ވެރިކަން ދަމަހައްޓަން ބޭނުންވާ މީހުންގެ ފަތިފުށާމެދު ވިސްނާށެވެ. އެމީހުންނަކީ އަމިއްލަ އެދުމުން ފޯވެގެންވާ ބޮޑެތި މުނާފިގުންނެވެ. މިކަން ދެނެތިބެ، މިކަމުން ސަލާމަތްވުމަށް މަސައްކަތް ކުރުމަކީ ކޮންމެ ދިވެއްސެއްގެ މައްޗަށް އޮތް ގައުމީ ވާޖިބެކެވެ." ކުނބުރުދޫ ހަސަނު އޭނާގެ ޕްރޮޕެގެންޑާއިން ފުރިފައިވާ ލިޔުމުގައި ބުނެފައިވެއެވެ.

މައުމޫނު ވެރިކަމަށް ގެންނަން އަބަދުވެސް ފުރަތަމަ ވޯޓުލަނީ ރައްޔިތުންގެ މަޖިލީހުންނެވެ. ރައްޔިތުންގެ މަޖިލީހުގެ ތެރެއިން ވެރިޔާ ހޮވަނީ ބަރުލަމާނީ ނިޒާމުގައެވެ. މިހާތަނަށް ރައީސަކު ހޮވުމަށް ދިވެހިން ވޯޓުލަމުން އައިސްފައިވަނީ ހަގީގީ އިންތިހާބުތަކެއްގައެއް ނޫނެވެ. އެއީ ހަމައެކަނި ފެންނަ ނުފެންނަކަމަށް ވޯޓުލާ ރިފަރެންޑަމް ތަކެކެވެ. މައުމޫނުގެ ވެރިކަމުގައި ރައްޔިތުންގެ މަޖިލީހަށް މެންބަރުން އިންތިހާބުކުރާއިރު އޭނާގެ މިނިސްޓަރުން ގިނަ އަތޮޅުތަކަށް ކުރިމަތިލައެވެ. އަދި ބާރާއި ނުފޫޒުގެ ބޭނުންކޮށްގެން އެމިނިސްޓަރުން މަޖިލީހަށް އިންތިހާބުވެއެވެ. ރައްޔިތުންގެ މަޖިލީހާއި ކެބިނެޓް މަސްހުނިވެފައި އޮންނަނީ ވެސް ބަރުލަމާނީ ނިޒާމުގައެވެ. ވީމާ މައުމޫނުގެ ވެރިކަމުގައި ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމެއްގެ ސިފަތަކަށްވުރެ ބޮޑަށް ގިނައީ ބަރުލަމާނީ ނިޒާމެއްގެ ސިފަތަކެވެ.

ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގައި ހުދު މުހުތާރު ވެރިކަން މިހާ ގިނަ ދުވަހު ދެމިއޮތުމުގެ އެއް ސިއްރަކީ އަދުލު އިންސާފު ގާއިމް ކުރާ އިދާރާތައް ނުވަތަ ކޯޓުތައް ސީދާ ސަރުކާރުގެ ބާރުގެ ދަށުގައި އޮތުމެވެ. މިހެން ވާން ޖެހެނީ ވެރިކަމުގެ ތިންބާރު މުޅިން ވަކިވެފައި ނެތީމައެވެ. ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމެއްގައި ތިން ބާރު އޮންނާނީ ވަކިވެފައެވެ. ކޯޓުތައް މުޅިން މިނިވަންވާނެއެވެ. ރައްޔިތުންގެ މަޖިލީހާއި ކެބިނެޓް ވެސް މުޅިން ވަކިވެފައި އޮތުމުގެ ސަބަބުން އެތަނުން އެއްބާރަކަށް އަނެއް ބާރެއްގެ ނުފޫޒެއް ނޯންނާނެއެވެ. ވެރިކަމުގެ ބާރުތައް ވަކިވެފައި ނެތް ނިޒާމަކަށް ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމެކޭ ނުކިޔާނެއެވެ. ރައީސަކު ވެރިކަން ކުރާ ކޮންމެ ތަނެއްގައި އޮންނަނީ ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމެއް ނޫނެވެ. ދުނިޔޭގެ ކިތަންމެ ގައުމެއްގައި ރައީސުންގެ ގޮތުގައި ޑިކްޓޭޓަރުން ވެރިކަން ކޮށްފައި އެބަހުއްޓެވެ. އެއީކީ ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމެއް ނޫނެވެ. ވީމާ ރާއްޖޭގައި އޮންނަނީ ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމެއް ކަމަށް މީހުންނަށް ވިސްނާދޭން ނޫޅޭށެވެ.

ކުނބުރުދޫ ހަސަނު މަޒުމޫނު ލިޔެފައިވަނީ ކިޔާމީހުންނަށް ވަރަށް ބޮޑަށް އޮޅޭގޮތަށެވެ. ފަލަސްތީނުގައި ރައީސް މަހުމޫދު އައްބާސް ރައްޔިތުން ހޮވި ސަރުކާރެއް އުވާލި ވާހަކަ ދެއްކިއިރު ފަލަސްތީނުގައި އޮންނަނީ ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމެއް ނޫން ކަމެއް ނުބުނެއެވެ. ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމެއްގައި ސަރުކާރު އެކުލަވާލަނީ ރައްޔިތުން ހޮވާ ރައީސެކެވެ. ވީމާ އޭނާގެ އަމިއްލަ ސަރުކާރު އޭނާ އުވާލުމުގެ ބޭނުމެއް ނެތެވެ. ރައްޔިތުން ހޮވާ ސަރުކާރު އުވާލައި އާބޮޑުވަޒީރެއް އައްޔަން ކުރުމުގެ ކަންތައް މިފެންނަނީ ވެސް ހަމަ ބަރުލަމާނީ ނިޒާމުތަކުންނެވެ. ޕާކިސްތާނުގެ ތާރީހުން ވަރަށް ގިނައިން ފެންނާނެއެވެ. އޮޅުވާނުލާށެވެ. ބީބީސީގެ މިހަބަރުން މަހުމޫދު އައްބާސް އަމަލުކުރި ގޮތުގެ ތަފުސީލު ލިބޭނެއެވެ. ފަލަސްތީނުގައި ޖެހިގެން އުޅޭ މައްސަލައަކީ ފަތަހަގެ މަހުމޫދު އައްބާސް ރައީސްކަމުގައި ހަމާސްއަށް ޕާލަމެންޓްގެ އަގުލަބިއްޔަތު ލިބި، ހަމާސްގެ ބޮޑުވަޒީރަކު އައިސް ދެގްރޫޕުން ތަޅާފޮޅަން ފެށުމެވެ. ސިޔާސީ ތަޅާފޮޅުން ހަގީގީ ތަޅާފޮޅުމަކަށް ބަދަލުވެ ގާޒާގައި އެތައް ބަޔަކު މަރުވެއްޖެއެވެ. ފަލަސްތީނުގައި އޮންނަނީ ބަރުލަމާނީ ނިޒާމަކާއި ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމެއް މަސްހުނިކޮށްފައި ރައީސަށް ވެސް ބޮޑުވަޒީރަށް ވެސް ގިނަ ބާރުތަކެއް ދީފައި އޮންނަ ނިޒާމެކެވެ.

ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމަށް ތާއީދުކުރާ ކޮންމެ ބަޔަކީ ގޮޅާބޯގެ ވެރިކަން ދަމަހައްޓަން މަސައްކަތްކުރާ އަމިއްލަ އެދުމުން ފުރިގެންވާ ބަޔަކަށް ހަދަން ނޫޅޭށެވެ. ދިވެހިން ޑިމޮކްރެސީއާއި ދިމާލަށް މިސްރާބު ޖަހާފައިވާއިރު ގެންނަން ތިއުޅެނީ މެކާތީޒަމް ހެއްޔެވެ؟ ނޫނީ ތިއުޅެނީ އެޑޮލްފް ހިޓްލަރ ޔަހޫދީންނަކީ ގައުމުގެ ދުޝްމަނުން ކަމަށް ހަދާފައި އެމީހުން ދެކެ މީހުން ރުޅިއަރުވައި، އެކަން ހަނގުރާމަ ކުރުމަށް ހޯދި ފުރުސަތަކަށް ހެދި ގޮތަށް ހަދަން ހެއްޔެވެ؟

ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމަކީ ވެސް ޑިމޮކްރެސީގެ ތެރޭގައި ހިމެނޭ ނިޒާމެކެވެ. އެކަން ދިވެހިންނަށް އޮޅުވާލަން މަސައްކަތް ނުކުރާށެވެ.

ދިވެހި އޮބްޒާވަރގައި ކުނބުރުދޫ ހަސަނުގެ މަޒުމޫނާއި އެކު މައުމޫނު ސިފަކޮށްދޭ ކާޓޫނެއް ވެސް ހުއްޓެވެ. މިކާޓޫނުގެ ތިރީގައި ގޮޅާސީ ނިޒާމު ލިޔެފައި އޮތެވެ. މައުމޫނުގެ ކާޓޫނުގެ ބޭނުމަކީ އަނެއްކާވެސް މީސްތަކުންގެ ހިތްތަކަށް މައުމޫނު މިހާރު ވެރިކަން ކުރަނީ ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމެއްގެ ދަށުގައި ކަން ވިސްނާދިނުމެވެ. މައުމޫނަށް ކާޓޫނެއް ކުރަހާފައި ކޮންމެ ފަދަ އެއްޗެކޭ ބުންޏަސް ދިވެހިން ގަބޫލުކުރާނެ ކަމަށް ހީކުރެވެނީ ދޯއެވެ.

މައުމޫނު ވެރިކަމަށް އައިސްފައި ނާސިރަށް ކާޓޫނު ކުރަހަން މީހުން ނެރުނީ ނާސިރުގެ ބޮލުގައި ބޮޑެތި އިލްޒާމް އަޅުވައި ނާސިރުގެ މައްޗަށް މީހުން ރުޅިއަރުވާފައި މައުމޫނު ވެރިކަން ހިންގަން ބޭނުންވި ގޮތަށް މީހުން ރުއްސުމަށެވެ. ދިވެހި އޮބްޒާވަރގައި ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމާއި ދެކޮޅަށް ލިޔެފައިވާ މަޒުމޫނުގައި ބޭނުންކޮށްފައިވާ ކާޓޫނަކީ ވެސް ހަމަ އެފަދަ މަގުސަދެއްގައި ޕްރޮޕެގެންޑާ ފެތުރުމަށް ބޭނުންކޮށްފައިވާ ކާޓޫނެކެވެ. ބުނަން މިއުޅެނީ މައުމޫނަށް ކާޓޫނު ނުކުރަހާށެކޭ ނޫނެވެ. މައުމޫނު ދެކެ ރައްޔިތުން އަންނަ ރުޅީގެ ބޭނުންކޮށްގެން ރައްޔިތުންނަށް އޮޅުވާލައި ކަލޭމެންގެ އަމިއްލަ ސިޔާސީ މަގުސަދުތައް ހާސިލްކުރަން ނޫޅޭށޭ އެވެ.

ދިވެހި އޮބްޒާވަރގައި ޝާއިއުކޮށްފައިވާ މަޒުމޫނު ވަނީ އެމްޑީޕީގެ މައުތު ޕީސް މިނިވަން ނޫހުގައި ވެސް ޝާއިއުކޮށްފައެވެ.

މަޑުލު ވަހީދު ދެއްކެވި ވާހަކަ މާނަ އޮޅޭ ގޮތަށް މިނިވަން ނޫހުގައި ލިޔެފި

އިންޓަރނޭޝަނަލް ޕެން ކިޔާ ޖަމާއަތުން ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގައި ސިވިލް ސޮސައިޓީއެއް އުފެއްދުމަށް އެހީތެރިވުމަށް އެމްޑީޕީއާއި ގުޅިގެން ބާއްވާ ވާކްޝޮޕެއް ފެށުމުގެ ރަސްމިއްޔާތުގައި މަޝްހޫރު ލިޔުންތެރިޔާ މަޑުލު ވަހީދު ދެއްކެވި ވާހަކަފުޅު މާނަ އޮޅޭ ގޮތަށް މިނިވަން ނޫހުގައި ލިޔެފިއެވެ.

ދިވެހި ނޫސްވެރިންނަށް ވެސް ދައުވަތުދީގެން ބޭއްވި ރަސްމިއްޔާތުގައި މަޑުލު ވަހީދު ވިދާޅުވިކަމަށް މިނިވަން ނޫހުގެ 19 ޖޫން 2007 ވަނަ ދުވަހުގެ އަދަދުގައި ލިޔެފައި ވަނީ:

"ވަހީދު ވިދާޅުވިގޮތުގައި ސަރުކާރަށް ނުކުރެވިފައި ހުންނަ ކަންތައްތައް ކުރުމަށާއި، މީހުންގެ ހޭލުންތެރިކަން އިތުރުކުރުމަށް މަދަނީ މުޖްތަމައުތަކަށް މަސައްކަތް ކުރެވިދާނެއެވެ. އަދި އެކަންތައްތައް ކުރުމުން ސަރުކާރަށްވެސް ފަސޭހަވާނެއެވެ. އޭނާ ވިދާޅުވިގޮތުގައި ޑިމޮކްރެސީ އޮވެއްޖެނަމަ މަދަނީ މުޖްތަމައުއަކީ ޕާލިމެންޓަރީ ނިޒާމެއްގައިވެސް މަސައްކަތް ކުރެވިދާނެ އެއްޗެކެވެ."

އެރަސްމިއްޔާތަށް ދިޔަ ނޫސްވެރިޔަކު މިބްލޮގަށް ކިޔާދިން ގޮތުގައި މަޑުލު ވަހީދު ވިދާޅުވީ މަދަނީ މުޖުތަމައަކީ ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމެއްގައި ވެސް، ޕާލަމެންޓަރީ ނިޒާމެއްގައި ވެސް އަދި އެހެން ނިޒާމެއްގައި ވެސް މަސައްކަތް ކުރެވިދާނެ އެއްޗެއް ކަމަށެވެ. "އަހަރެންނަށް ހީވަނީ ވަހީދު އިޝާރާތް ކުރެއްވީ ރާއްޖެއަށް އަދި ޑިމޮކްރެސީ ނާދެޔޭ ކިޔާފައި މަދަނީ މުޖުތަމައުގެ މަސައްކަތް ހުއްޓާނުލުމަށް ހެން. މިހާރު ވެސް އަދާ ކުރަންވީ ރޯލެއް އެބައޮތް ކަމަށް ހެން. މިގޮތުން މަދަނީ މުޖުތަމައަކަށް މަސައްކަތް ކުރެވޭނީ ހަމައެކަނި ޑިމޮކްރެސީއެއްގައި ކަމަށް ބުނެވޭ ބުނުން މުޅިން ރަގަޅު ނޫން ކަމަށް ވަހީދު އިޝާރާތް ކުރެއްވި. އަދި ޑިމޮކްރެސީގެ ތެރޭ ހިމެނޭ ދެނިޒާމު ކަމަށްވާ ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމެއްގައި ވެސް ބަރުލަމާނީ ނިޒާމެއްގައި ވެސް މަދަނީ މުޖުތަމައަށް މަސައްކަތް ކުރެވޭނެ ކަމަށް ވެސް އިޝާރާތް ކުރެއްވި. މިނިވަން ނޫހުން އެއޮތީ ހަމައެކަނި ޕާލަމެންޓަރީ ނިޒާމަށް ވަހީދު ބުރަވާކަމަށް ދޭހަވާގޮތަށް މާނަ އޮޅުވާލާފައި." ނޫސްވެރިޔާ ކިޔާދިނެވެ.

މިނިވަން ނޫހަކީ އެމްޑީޕީގެ މައުތު ޕީސް އެކެވެ. އެމްޑީޕީއިން ބަރުލަމާނީ ނިޒާމަކަށް ތާއީދުކުރަން ފެށި ހިސާބުން މިނިވަން ނޫހުގެ ޕްރޮޕެގެންޑާ ހުންނަނީ މުޅިން ވެސް ބަރުލަމާނީ ނިޒާމު މޮޅުކޮށްފައެވެ. ބަރުލަމާނީ ނިޒާމަކީ ވެސް އަދި ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމަކީ ވެސް ޑިމޮކްރެސީގެ ތެރޭ ހިމެނޭ ދެނިޒާމު ކަމަށް ވިޔަސް މިނިވަން ނޫހުގެ ލިޔުންތަކުން ލިބޭ މެސެޖަކީ ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމަކީ ހުދުމުހުތާރު ވެރިކަން ކަމަށެވެ. އަދި މިހާރަކަށް އައިސް ކިޔާ ގޮތުންނަމަ ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމަކީ ގޮޅާ ނިޒާމު ކަމަށެވެ. ދިވެހި ރައްޔިތުންނަށް ރިފަރެންޑަމްގައި ރަގަޅު ގޮތެއް ހިޔާރު ކުރުމަށް އެހީވުމަށްޓަކައި ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމު ރަގަޅަށް ކިޔާދީފައިވާ ލިޔުންތަކެއް ލިޔެފައި މިނިވަން ނޫހުގައި މިހާތަނަށް ނެތްކަން ފާހަގަ ކުރެވެއެވެ. އަދި ބަރުލަމާނީ ނިޒާމު ވެސް އެކަޑެމިކް ގޮތަކަށް ކިޔާދީފައެއް ނެތެވެ. ގިނައިން ހުންނަނީ ހަމަ މީހުންނަށް އޮޅުވާލާފައި ހުންނަ ޕްރޮޕެގެންޑާއެވެ.
